There's a thread that runs through everything I do as an artist, designer, life coach, and death doula. It started long before I had words for it. Looking back it makes complete sense — each of these come from the same place: a deep desire to help people feel less alone in the messy, sacred parts of being human.

In a particularly hard season of my life, I lost my grandpa, my dog, and my relationship. I felt I’d lost myself as well. I saw how much we struggle to talk about endings, transitions, and the stuff — literal and emotional — we're afraid to let go of. Eventually I also saw how much lighter I could feel once I was finally able to release.

I wanted the people I love to have the same chance to release and find ease, so I started offering myself as a partner in that work in whatever form someone needed.

Sometimes it looks like Decluttering or Redesigning — helping someone clear out a home that no longer fits who they've become, and create a space that finally feels like them again.

Sometimes it's Coaching — sitting with someone who feels stuck, frozen, and helping them find their way back to themselves and a new way forward.

And sometimes it's Death Doula work — showing up for a family in the hardest weeks of their lives, and holding space with as much love and steadiness as I can offer.

I used to think these were three separate endeavors. Now I know they're really one calling: helping people let go of what's weighing them down, so they have room to breathe again.

If you're in a season of change — whether it's a cluttered home, a life transition, or struggling with loss — I'd be honored to walk with you through it.

With love,

Joanna
